I am responding to your letter regarding the disagreement of the final charges for the move out of the home you rented at 3401 Big Trail, Bakersfield.
I am including the letter from Jed Francis, Inc. who is the property...

management company that was hired to take care of the property. Enclosed is a statement from Jed Francis Inc. There is also an email in regards to your late payment of your May 2015 rents that were postmarked on May 11, 2015.
In the lease agreement dated July 13, 2013, you agreed to return the premises back to me at the time of move-out in the same condition as your received it. As you are well aware, you were the first person to occupy this home and this home was a newly built home at the time that you received it. The charges that were received from Jed Francis, the Bagg Lady as well as the California Carpet Cleaning were the bills that we received in order to repair damages as well as to bring it to the standard that is necessary in order to be rented, minus reasonable wear and tear. I am sorry that you disagree with the charges, but you have also put me in a position because of the amount of work required to repair and clean the property causing me loss of rents.

I have complied with my leas terms. Upon moving from the premesis I submitted a 30 notice which is within my legal rights. Gold Creek has within their legal right to either present me with an itemized invoice of charges that would be levied upon my deposit NO later than 21 days after I have vacated the premesis. This law was broken and by this violation I am by law entitle to a full refund of my deposit
