Gold Crest was asked to give a price for work at Ms [redacted] homeThe job consisted of installing a volt receptacle for an electric range, installing a volt receptacle in a cabinet above the range for a microwave oven, and troubleshooting and repairing a bathroom receptacle which was not workingThe estimator called Ms [redacted] with a price to do the work and she accepted the price Gold Crest installed the receptacles for the range and the microwave oven and repaired the bath receptacle The range receptacle was installed in the existing box that was in the wall for the previous range There is no set measurement for a range receptacle other than that it needs to be in the same space that the range occupies The new range was not on site An invoice marked PAID was mailed to Ms*** We do not feel that our price was unreasonable nor do we feel that our work was inferiorHowever, in the interest of "good will", we offer Ms [redacted] a refund of $which represents 1/hour of labor
