Terrible experienceWent for a family night of bowling with my kids who are and Asked for bumpers for the kidsAfter bowling an entire game and just beginning a second (paid) game, we were asked to verify my year olds heightWHY?? Supposedly you are required to be a certain height, which he was, but seriously, why does it matter what height OR age you are?? If you want to use bumpers, you are paying regular price and you are not in a league, WHY would it matter? The front desk told us to enter the names, call to the front desk from the lane, tell them the children's names and they would activate the bumpers, which they did, but after starting the 2nd PAID game, someone was asked to come tell us that we needed to take my son to the front desk to verify that he was the correct height to use bumpersFirst of all, we were there for fun, not to keep score with anyone If a child goes bowling and throws a gutter ball every time, you can be assured that they will NEVER want to bowl again, the bumpers help them keep it in line so that they can get at least a few pins down, obviously they are not strong enough or precise enough to throw a strike, it is a learning tool for whomever uses the bumper, children and adults alike It was such a terrible way to conduct business with a family trying to enjoy time togetherI simply want the corporation to be aware of the customer service that takes place at this business
