I We seldom complain about services that do not meet our expectations but Gold D [redacted] Properties in Scottsdale has been very frustrating to work with Back in November my wife and I signed a contract with VERBO to rent a condo for two weeks (Febto March 12) at Optima Village in Scottsdale We ended up working with Gold D [redacted] Properties and sent them a check and a contract We mailed the contract and check on November and we received a US Postal return receipt from a Lisa S [redacted] from that firm on November We spoke once or twice with Tiffany H [redacted] and Anthony D*** For the past three weeks we have repeatedly left voice mails and emails with Tiffany and Anthony and we have received no responses We know the market in Scottsdale is tight during March and we wanted some assurances whether we had the property to rent or not Luckily today Mary Lou reached Tiffany (for weeks here voice mails has been full plus she prefers being contacted via text messagesAnthony quit returning our calls) Gold D [redacted] had rented the property to another customer—probably one willing to pay more Tiffany said they never received our checks yet we have proof they did via US Postal Return Receipt We will never work with Gold D [redacted] Properties in the future They have abysmal customer serviceThey should have been reaching out to us to let us know that we were no longer in the picture In the meantime to protect ourselves we have spent $to cancel checks regarding this rental [redacted] and [redacted] Santa Fe, New Mexico

Back in November my wife and I signed a contract with VERBO to rent a condo for two weeks (Feb. 27 to March 12) at Optima Village in Scottsdale. We ended up working with Gold D[redacted] Properties and sent them a check and a contract. We mailed the contract and check on November 13 and we received a US Postal return receipt from a Lisa S[redacted] from that firm on November 16.
We spoke once or twice with Tiffany H[redacted] and Anthony D[redacted]. For the past three weeks we have repeatedly left voice mails and emails with Tiffany and Anthony and we have received no responses. We know the market in Scottsdale is tight during March and we wanted some assurances whether we had the property to rent or not.
Luckily today Mary Lou reached Tiffany (for weeks here voice mails has been full plus she prefers being contacted via text messages. Anthony quit returning our calls). Gold D[redacted] had rented the property to another customer—probably one willing to pay more. Tiffany said they never received our checks yet we have proof they did via US Postal Return Receipt.
We will never work with Gold D[redacted] Properties in the future. They have abysmal customer service. They should have been reaching out to us to let us know that we were no longer in the picture.
In the meantime to protect ourselves we have spent $70 to cancel checks regarding this rental.
