response to [redacted] claim. We are more than willing to refund the NSF fee that he was charged. When he returned the [redacted] that he was leasing to own with us on the 8th of June 2016 to my sales associate [redacted]. She did return the account that day. I looked up the closed agreement and it shows it being close June 8th 2016, the day of him returning it. I believe what happened is that the date he returned, and the due date for the payment if he was to continue leasing were to close together. The next renual payment was due June 11 2016. The system does require 5 full business day to turn on or off the pre authorized payment. That's why the payment tried to pull in error. I tried to explain that to [redacted] on the phone but he was upset. Which I understand. In any case we are happy to return the funds to him I just need to see his transaction history of the payment bouncing so that I can refund the NSF charge to him. I also tried to explain that to him on the phone. It is the fastest way for me to get conformation of the error. I can go about it through our home office. Sometimes it's just more time and it can be more of a process, because the payment would take a few days before they see it returned in their system. Either way I am happy to give him his money back for the NSF fee I just need to see the transaction history of his account and we will do the refund as soon as he brings it to us.

I was told on the phone by [redacted] that she didn't know why the payment was pulled through and couldnt give me an answer as to why, the response was not completely truthful, I was never told about pre authorized being conflicted with my renual payment or else I would have waited. [redacted]
