Gold Key Exchange

I put my timeshare up for sale with Gold Key Exchange in December,2022. I received my first offer in February, 2023 but it was a little lower than my minimum so I held out for a better off. I received an acceptable offer in late March and the sale was finalized within two weeks and I was paid in full. Sam Raimi walked me through the entire process and always kept me updated. I am very satisfied with their services.

They are horrible
They give a fake number and a number for a answering service they don't respond just to make it look good. Anyway I started working with SAM RAIMI in March of 2022 who made all kinds of bs promises and LIED towards the end of the time of service he wen mt ghost not returning calls emails etc..but yet tool money for me and provided nothing. So what does that mean are you guys stealing from people profiting off people's timeshares. They are crooks and I hope they rot in hell. Clearly by the other reviews I'm right..I already files with BBB and I am starting a lawsuit on them. People work hard for what they have and it's crooks like this who should be in jail.

I gave my money to this Gold Key Exchange after reading the BBB reviews. We gave $1000 to Sam Raimi back on 9/25/2020. I kept on contacting Sam R. every other month. His statements were, oh, we have someone that is set up to look at your property. The next time it's: We have a property at your location now so we can open it up to have people look at it but we will contact you as soon as we have a set date. The next time it was: We have a possible buyer but can't qualify. It's always after I call him and not the other way around. I just called him this morning and left a message. He now has an answering service. So it seems like it was a scam all along and it's like we are getting no information whatsoever and we lost $1000 which we could use that money since we still have the timeshare. I am wondering if I should lodge a complaint with the BBB or with the State of that company. It's just wrong that they take your money and don't do anything or let you know the progress, any progress. It just seems every time I call there is some other reason or "possible" buyer and he will be in contact. That has never happened. It's always after I call and leave a message and then he gives me a status. The last time I called him was in December of 2020. I really regret the day I ever spoke to him because that $1000 could be spent elsewhere since Covid and today.
Why was this rejected or redacted because it's all the truth? He still has not called me back to this day 10/17/2022. He now has an answering service and they do not have any contact with me whatsoever. So who is this reporter 3946128? I have all the paperwork that I signed and sent the money. I am now sending copies of my invoice since you wanted me to add photos. So how can I see the response since it's all been redacted?
