The inspection date/time/address: 06/23/2015 at 2:00PM - XXXXX [redacted] XXXXX. The inspection was set up through the realtor and buyer. We were never given [redacted]'s phone number or information to contact him.

Hello.
I left out the AC and heat being on because its not a big deal and yes I can run both at the same time. I would like some compensation for the meat lost due to the freezer being left open. The inspectors claim they don't look in freezers but I watched him with my own eyes him open the side by side fridge/ freezer however I did not see him open the upright which was the one that was not shut completely but if he checked one why wouldn't he check the other?
