I am rejecting this response because: I never received the title to my car! I finally received a release of interest for the car after a long wait!after calling several times! I'm still out $for transfer of the title that I never received! Again I only received a release of interest! And yes I did sell my car! After finally receiving the release of interest that again I waited over a month for! I still want the $back! By the way gold key motors, I have all my receipts still! I was never late on my payments! I'll never buy a car from you guys again! Your shady! You enjoy ripping people off! Pay me what I'm owed!

Gold Key Motors received the above-referenced
customer complaint and appreciates the opportunity to respond. Specifically,
[redacted] complains that she has not received a title for a vehicle she
began payments for on 3/29/2016 including she was never late on payments. After
an account audit...

which showed that [redacted] was late on several payments. Concerning the complaint that she
never received a title for the vehicle, information on record shows that she
did receive a title. This information was verified on 5/24/2017, through the Washington
Department of Licensing. At that time we were informed by said agency that
[redacted] sold the Montero Sport on 5/20/2017 and no longer is the
registered owner of the vehicle [redacted] wants a title for.  Gold Key Motors sincerely regrets any
