Gold Medical Supplies

I placed an order on XX-XX-XX and have not yet received the order. Attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered.
Dear Sir/Madam,

I placed an order with Gold Medical Supplies for a treatment table on 11-22-2019. The company sent me an email confirmation (confirmation number XXXXX) and charged my credit card $682.75.
On XX-XX-XX I inquired about my order and they assured me it was in process and would be shipped within 2-3 weeks.
I have since sent several inquiry emails via their "Contact us" link and via direct email to their customer service email with no response.
I was able to find a phone number for them and tried to call it several times to no avail.
In mid March, I sent them a registered letter requesting that they please contact me to either ship or cancel my order and give me a refund. I still have not heard from them. I have since emailed them again with no response.
At this point, I feel that I have exhausted all avenues for contacting the company directly as they seem to be ignoring all of my emails and even the letter I sent. I would appreciate any help I can get to have them contact me so that we can resolve this issue.

I placed 4 orders from 6th Feb to 8th Feb and one was requested to canceled but no refund is noted.
