This customer's boyfriend had called me and said that his girlfriend had given him a watch that he could sell if they needed moneyWhen she came into my store I explained that I was not going to get in the middle of a domestic dispute and that I could not discuss this matter with her, as all transactions are privateI explained that if she wanted to she could file a police report and we work with the police 110%I explained that if I still had the watch, it would be on displayShe said the watch was not stolen she just wanted to buy it backI do not have this watchI bought it in August There is nothing I can do assist this person without a police report and that was explained to herShe was very hostile and nasty toward meI cooperate fully with all local authorities in resolving these issues but the law restricts me from releasing confidential information to third partiesIf she would like to follow the proper quidelines, I would be than happy to help her in this matterRespectfully, Daniel Zabarsky Owner

MR ZABRASKY IS LYINGHE MADE NO MENTION OF POLICE OR COOPERATINGI WAS NEITHER HOSTILE NOR RUDE, RATHER DISTRAUGHT AND CRYINGMR ZABRASKY BROKE THE LAW ALREADY BY GIVING ME INFO ON THE FACT OF WHO PAWNED THE WATCH AND THE FACT THE PERSON WHO PAWNED WATCH HAD CALLED HIM! MR ZABRASKY EVEN WENT SO FAR AS TO CALL MY EX BACK TO INFORM HIM I LEFT THE SHOP WHICH IS ILLEGAL!! THE PHONE RE ORDS SHOW THIS TO BE TRUE AND ACCURATE!I EVEN ASKED IF I COULD BUY MY WATCH BACK, HOLDING UP MY PHONE WITH PICTURE AND RECIEPT OF MY WATCH! HE STATED "HE WASNT GETTING IN THE MIDDLE"I ASKED IF HE STILL HAD IT HE STATED HE "WASNT SURE" WHILE SIFTING THROUGH A,WATCH OR TWO WHICH IM SURE IS ON SECURITY FOOTAGE IN HIS STORE OF ME LEAVING IN TEARS!!!! I WILL BE INVOLVING AUTHORITIES NOW AS LYING ON THE MATTER WAS UNNECESSARY AND HAVE ADDED TO UNLAWFUL BEHAVIORSTHANK YOU

I purchased this watch in August of my business is buying and selling of these itemsI no longer have this watch and the watch is not stolen, per the customer's own wordsI am sorry that she has this problem but there is nothing I can doI am required by law to hold items bought for daysSincerely, Daniel Zabarsky

As I have stated in my previous response, I bought his item in August This person comes in months later wanting to get watch backI am required by law to hold all items bought in state for daysI no longer have this watch and without a police report am not to release any information about this transactionIf I had the watch I would be more than glad to return it to her, however I DO NOT have itWhat does she expect me to doWhatever she feels was not professional or breaking of any law, this did not happenI am not going to continue to beat this horse, as there is nothing I can do to help herI am in business to buy and sell items I buy, not hold them foreverYou can call any local police deptand they will tell you that I always assist them as much as possible and am even a member of crime prevention program in this areaI have no clue what she expects me to do and I can not continue to spend time repeating myself in regards to this matterI am therefore closing this matter as to my involvementI have cooperated fully with the Revdex.com and hereby consider this matter closed from my business view pointHope I have done enough to satisfy your offices inquirySincerely, Dannyz

I NEVER SAID IT WAS NOT STOLEN! I OFFERED TO BUY IT BACK SO MR ZABRASKY WOULD NOT LOSE INCOME AS HE DID NOT KNOW MY WATCH WAS SOLD FROM UNDERNEATH ME. INSTEAD ACCORDING TO HIS CUSTOMERS CALL LOGS HE UNLAWFULLY CALLED CUSTOMER TO INFORM I LEFT HIS SHOP! AGAIN I TRIED TO SHOW MY PICTIRES AND TECIEPTS BUT MR ZABRASKY INSISTEF ONLY ON "NOT GETTING IN MIDDLE", YET CALLED CUSTOMER TO INFORM HIM OF MY LEAVING THE SHOP!!! THAT ALONE IS INLAWFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

This customer's boyfriend had called me and said that his girlfriend had given him a watch that he could sell if they needed money. When she came into my store I explained that I was not going to get in the middle of a domestic dispute and that I could not discuss this matter with her, as all...

transactions are private. I explained that if she wanted to she could file a police report and we work with the police 110%. I explained that if I still had the watch, it would be on display. She said the watch was not stolen she just wanted to buy it back. I do not have this watch. I bought it in August 2015. There is nothing I can do assist this person without a police report and that was explained to her. She was very hostile and nasty toward me. I cooperate fully with all local authorities in resolving these issues but the law restricts me from releasing confidential information to third parties. If she would like to follow the proper quidelines, I would be than happy to help her in this matter. Respectfully, Daniel Zabarsky Owner
