Schedule 40 ABS and PVC and does not just "break in half" unless subjected to abuse. The customer was never told he would get a full replacement and as a courtesy I immediately sent out the part that could be combined with the unbroken part. This is not a "mess of parts", and the customer has a complete working dredge in his possession. I did not appreciate his wild accusations and insulting nature. And yes, I do believe he owes me an apology.

simply, Red's product broke. Not upon leverage or force.
Upon Red's own words, "This happens". After sending him the same photos uploaded here, He Agreed completely.
In that very same phone call, Red told me he would be sending me a "full replacement" the very next day.
I, being the customer, have not insulted him. Yet Red has sent harassing texts on multiple occasions and has demanded an appology twice now.
I am not taking sch 40, which has Already not only fractured and cracked due to Normal Wear, but snapped in half completely through the Thick End. Then Slamming it to remove a part. Then slam it back together and Hope it has no More fractures created, loss of suction or worse; a potential health or life hazard within the river flow-for having an issue occur there could be a disaster.
Instead of sending me One replacement part to further break my broken dredge, please do what you said and replace the product.

I would again suggest he return the product to the dealer he purchased it from for special training on how to operate this piece of equipment safely. I will await a call from the dealer for any further warranty. If the customer does not return all of the product to the dealer then I will consider this matter closed.

[redacted] under purjury, has lied to a paying customer.
GoldNSand has sold a faulty product, said verbally he would replace the product in full, and has never done so.
Taking it to the dealer, the Local Sacramento Dealer tells me to contact the owner regarding replacement.
GoldNSand has abused a business - customer relationship. No matter how ' criminal ' he may have been, Owner [redacted] is quite immoral for his statements and actions.
He had lied, demanded actions from customers and in turn, has no regret for his appalling actions
