Review: Purchased a 3000 dollar engagement ring almost one year ago. The ring has discolored and has no shine at all. We asked them to rectify th situation. They CHARGED us an additional 85 dollars to dip the ring to address the oxidation and supposedly they cleaned the ring up. My fiancee got the ring back and it looks horrible. It still has oxidation and now the ring has no shine at all. We are wondering if they changed the diamond out. The baugettes are broken in the ring and [redacted] Jewelers confirmed this was the case. I was told that they could fix it but it would be.a charge. The owner told me it wasn't that bad and said he would clean it again. I'm seeking a refund. The ring is clearly bad quality. They haven't offered us anything of substance to rectify the matter.Desired Settlement: To hold this business accountable for its product.
