problems. Having been in business for 35 years, and using only word of mouth referrals, Mr. [redacted] has the highest standards of ethics and honesty in dealing with customers. He would have no customers were it otherwise. Also, it is far easier to work with the platinum alone that to add 14K white gold as alleged, because of the extra time consuming step of adding rhodium to the jewelry to make it look platinum. He would not go through such a time consuming procedure. Mr. [redacted] can easily tell his own work when he examines rings. As Ms. [redacted] has been to several jewelers with several rings, Mr. [redacted] could tell his work if she brought them back to him. Furthermore, he always stands behind his work. If Ms. [redacted] is dissatisfied, he will make new platinum band for her and refund her money.
