I am rejecting this response because:I was charged 150$ late fees on three ocassions.in which they previously stated could legally be done twice, and I have bank issued cashier checks to confirm my assertion.

Review: When I bought my vehicle my contract stated that if youre fifteen days late, a 155 repossession fee is also added to the monthly payment due.after making my payment along with the repo on two occassions, I was told I had to come to their office and sign a drawn up paper stating I could not make another late payment because by law they could only charge me the repo fee twice. They charged me a third repo fee at the same moment I had to sign the statement,which also said id have to pay the loan in full. Not only did they break the very rule they introduced to me after the fact, but they also repossessed my car today.They obviously broke the law and illegally charged me un allowed repo fees and still took my car,which id had for 8 months.Desired Settlement: Have Gold River Auto honor the original rules of my contract, return my vehicle and accept my monthly payments..

Hello, Customer purchased vehicle June 26, 2014, in the last 8 months only made 5 payments. November and December customer fell behind on payments account went into repossession department customer paid all fees brought account up to date. To confirm customer understands his due dates and fees he was required to come to our office sign a paper that indicates his due dates and fees for January and future months. Customer did not make any payment for January or February account went into repossession and vehicle got repossessed. Reinstatement notice was sent to customers, he did not pick up car as of March 18, 2015.
