Unfortunately, by the time you and your wife had contactedour office to discuss the price and the desire to cancel it was a month afteryour purchase date. After three days we cannot adjust the price or cancel yourpurchase as we have processed and finalized financial documents. Youraccusation of our salesman “allowing” your wife to sign your name on thecontract is absurd. After speaking with the finance company it is confirmedthat they verified this contract with Mrs. [redacted] based on her income and she isthe primary. The representative that made this transaction with you is nolonger with our company so I am unable to question this situation with him. Asfor your complaint about being yelled at I can personally say she did not yellat you. Mr. [redacted] was in fact very rude, called several times threatening andbadgering her if she did not cancel your order. After telling you that shecould not help you because your contract was binding and there was nothing shecould do, she said have a great day and ended the phone call. The receipt of your sale was left at your home after the sale was complete. It is the contract that was signed. The contract clearly states our business address and phone number, as well as the cancellation policy. I am unsure why you would call the representative and not our business office. The contract absolutely notifies you of your right to cancel. I'm not sure what you mean that your point is proven because our customers call in with concerns. Our product has many bells and whistles and we are here to answer any questions they may have. We are also willing to work with customers on price on a case to case basis. We feel that it is very easy to reach our customer relations representative because the phone number is on the contract as well as being posted online. If you would refer back to my last response to you, a refund is not possible at this point in time.
I'm sorry you misunderstood the contract. Your understanding of the terminology is incorrect. If you would like to discuss that with the finance company their phone number is [redacted]. Once it is past the 3 day cancellation period it is out of our hands.
Attached is a copy of our contract that we use for every deal made. You will see the address and phone number imprinted as well as the cancellation notice.

I am rejecting this response because: The cancellation notice reads "you may cancel this transaction without any penalty or obligation within three business days from the above date." I understood that to mean, if I turned in the cancellation notice after the third business day, I would be charged a penalty or obligation but would still able to cancel the transaction.
