Review: The owner is extremely rude to us and we are humiliated by him.
We paid Gold River Shoe Repair $20 to repair the heels of my boots on Nov 9, 2013 (Saturday).
On Nov 11, 2013 (Monday), we went to the store to pick up the boots. We had the worst experience in our whole life.
We found they broke the heels when they repaired. We asked them why one heel has a new crack which was not there before. They didn't want to take any responsibility. They ignored us by not talking to us. When we requested them to glue the crack, the man (we believe he is the owner) shouted at us rudely by saying "get out here", "suit us if you want, I don't care".
What can I say? We felt being humiliated.Desired Settlement: Apologize to us. Repair the boots.
