Gold Rush Chicken

Review: On 9/10/2014 I ordered a 12 piece chicken dinner from Gold Rush Chicken, while eating my food I found a staple in my chicken(I actually had the food in my mouth and felt something hard in my mouth when I spit it out I found the staple). I contacted Gold Rush to explain what happen and was told that they would send someone out to see the staple. After waiting 30-40 minutes I called back to be told there was no way I found a staple in my food or the staple may have come off the bag, I explained that if the staple came off the bag when I picked up the chicken the staple would have dropped off. The man that answered the phone continued to get loud with me, cut me off and refuse to listen. When I would him I had witness he stated "I don't give a damn what you have." The call was ended at this time. Nothing has been resolved and I'm very upset with the treatment I received.Desired Settlement: I called the Gold rush chicken on south Howell and spoke with a manager over there; I was told that he knew there was a No refund policy and he apologized for the inconvenience. If I can't get a refund I would like an apology, I really don't want any food from here because I would be scared of what he would do to it considering this man has cussed me out all for telling him about my food.
