purchased the itemWhen Mr*** was told about the stores day policy he became irate and unreasonableHe started making demands and getting hostile with one of our employeesHe was using inappropriate language and caused a major scene in our storeWe asked him to leave several times but again he was being very unreasonableWe had to ban this individual from our store because of this hostile situation and have warned him that if he comes back onto Gold Rush property we will call the police and have him arrested for trespassingThis customer has since decided to try and slander us with this fictitious story and changed major facts of the situation to benefit himself
