The painting was done properly by a reputable company using porter paint.  I was not informed that they would be knocking paint off the walls.  He later informed me that I should have know that this was going to happen.  I paid almost 6000 dollars to have my building painted to have part of it destroyed by some pitiful fly by night outfit.  He is right the floors had not been done in years that's why I was having them done.  I just moved in the building 2 weeks ago.  All I wanted him to do was pay for what he destroyed.  I did not ask for a refund.  I just cant believe you would come into a business and destroy property and blame me and the paint company.
