My wife and I paid *** of Gold Seal Window, aka *** $284.40 to replace a cracked window in our kitchen on November X XXXX. He provided a receipt and stated the window would be installed on December X XXXX. As of February X XXXX the window has not been installed. I have tried to contact Mr. numerous times for a response and a refund, with no reply from him. My wife and I would like to file this as a complaint.
