Review: I left a wrist-watch with Gold Star Jewelry on June [redacted] 2014 for repair. I was told it needed a winder stem and crown, and that the store would try to source replacement parts for the watch. I was advised by the salesman '[redacted]' that it would take a few days to see if they could find replacement parts to fix the watch. He said the store would then call me at the end of that week as to whether they could fix the watch. Since I did not receive any phone calls regarding the status of the repair, I called the store and spoke to [redacted] of the store (on or about June **, 2014) who claimed that I was never contacted because he 'just had a grandchild', but that he would call me at the end of the week. To date I have not heard back from the store. I have left numerous telephone messages since then about the status of my watch repair, but no one has returned my phone calls as of June **, 2014. I have again left several messages today (June **, 2014) for someone to call me regarding this issue (the store is open for business on Sundays). I have still not been contacted by the store about the watch.Desired Settlement: I want my watch returned - either immediately in the exact condition it was in when I gave it to the store for repair, or I want the watch immediately fixed if their price is acceptable to me. If they can fix the watch, I will allow only five business days for them to complete the repair and have the watch ready for me.
