I am rejecting this response because: I was not present at final walk through as I no longer lived in Copperas Cove and did have someone their in my presence to complete walk throughEvenjoy through she, my representative was told she did not have to be theirI did call and told that he would call me back, when called again receptionist stated, "oh he hasn'the called youI will text him" When he did return my phone call was Monday late morningI have attched the inventory list which clearly states bath in bedroom "door stop broken OFF wall" when stated pictures were clearly taken, I'm completely aware of thatI don't know of any lawn company that wouldn't clean after themselvesIf trash was found before the grass was mowed I would like to see pictures because we left no trash outsideIf don't agree with Quality First Construction billing which I'm fully aware is ***s company the man who was suppose to call me back on Friday the 22nd.

You are not required to be at the final walk through but are strongly recommendedTheir were two broken door stops one that you notated on your form and the other that was fixedTheir were items around the outside of the house that had to be picked up and items in the extremely overgrown side yard I have attached pictures of these thingsThese were a small part of the repair bill the majority of the bill is for touch up paint through out the house, the repair company repairs what is found on the walk through inspection they do not fix things that are not on the inspection list

In response to the complaint filed on Friday July 22nd in regards to the tenants move out bills. The tenant chose not to be present on the final inspection and had a friend there instead. When she called in on Friday July 22nd this was the first time she had been in touch with us about her move out...

statement, she was informed someone would get back with her, we then received a second call the same day within hours of each other and again we told her the person she needs to speak to was out of the office. Someone called her back on Monday morning and left her a message to discuss the issues and we have yet to receive a call back. We feel filing a complaint the same day you call to talk to someone and don’t get a phone call back that day is excessive as you are not guaranteed the person you need to speak with is there that day.  The bill she is referring to on her statement is for the repairs she was charged for, all of which she is responsible for. The house is photo documented during the walk through and we can provide photos. The yard company does not pick up trash from the yard before it is mowed and if they did she would see an additional charge from them to do that. The door stop that was already broken she notated on her inventory and condition form was in one of the bedrooms, the door stop that was fixed was in the master bathroom. The touch up paint that was done in the home was above and beyond normal wear and tear as we account for that, the areas of touch up paint were pointed out to her during her pre inspection and were not fixed on her final. If she did not want a bill for repairs than maybe she herself should have been present during the final walk through and fixed the issues that were found. We try our best to not charge for things that are not the tenants fault this is why we photo document all the homes and provide them with an inventory and condition form and do two move out inspections with them so they are fully aware of what is wrong.Thank you, [redacted]BrokerGold Star Real Estate & Mgmt.
