I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Unfortunately no [redacted], this should not be closed.I paid rent in full until April 30th. I then received a notice in the mail on May 8th; the statement about cleaning etc. and that I needed to contact you (which I did, 3 times) about the charges Secure Property Management gave me upon moving out ($800+ dollars). [redacted], you didn't respond to any emails or try to resolve this until after you knew I was already in collections. I started receiving collection calls on May 25th...that isn't a 30 day notice for payment. Can you please take me out of collections?Regards,
