Hello to whom it may concern,This is a completely inaccurate description and also a completely accusation cast against Gold Star Recovery of the efforts and the completion of [redacted] Gold star Recovery Dealer account[redacted] enrolled voluntarily into the Gold Star Recovery dealer program on may [redacted] at exactly 4:P.M.HE ENROLLED THROUGH THE DEALER WEB SITE AT [redacted] A DEMO OF THE WEB SITE HE WOULD BE RECEIVING IS AT [redacted] ( THIS WEB SITE SHOWS THE DEMO WEB PAGE OF THE EXACT WEB PAGE THAT THE DEALER WOULD BE RECEIVING THIS IS CLEAR AND PRESENT DEALER.GOLDSTARRECOVERY.COM HOME PAGE THIS IS THE EXACT WEB SITE [redacted] REVIEWED AND COMPLETED HIS ENROLLMENT PRIOR TO HIS SIGN UP [redacted] THE HAD THE BENEFIT OF A MINUTE DEALER AUDIO PRESENTATION ACCURATELY DESCRIBING THE DEALER PROGRAM HE ALSO HAS A PAGE DEALER AGREEMENT WHICH INCLUDES SECTIONS ACCURATELY DESCRIBING THE OPPORTUNITY AND ALL HIS ENTITLEMENTS HE ALSO HAD THE BENEFIT OF MINUTE VIDEO DESCRIBING THE OPPORTUNITY AS WELLEVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PROGRAM IS ACCURATELY DESCRIBED ON THE DEALER HOME PAGE ( THE DESCRIPTION OF THE DEALER PACKAGE AND OFFERING IS CLEARLY DISPLAYED IN MULTIPLE VARIETY'S SO THAT ALL CAN BE COMPLETELY AND ACCURATELY UNDERSTOOD THIS IS DONE TO BE SURE THAT NOTHING CAN BE MISCONSTRUED OR NOT UNDERSTOODTHIS PROGRAM MAKES EVERY POSSIBLE EFFORT TO BE SURE THE DEALER KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT HE IS RECEIVING AND EXACTLY HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS WE SETUP A DEALER UP IN BUSINESS FOR THEM TO INTRODUCE THE DEBT COLLECTION MEMBERSHIP SERVICETHE DEALER BRINGS IN THE SALE , WE SERVICE THE WORK, THAT'S THE PROGRAM.WE OFER THE DEALER A WEB PAGE TO PROMOTE AND REFER THE PROGRAM TO OTHERS THE DEALERS WEBSITE HAS THE DEALER UNIQUE REFERENCE CODE ON THEIR OWN SITE, THAT DIGIT CODE CAN BE USED SO THAT THE BUSINESS THAT CHOOSES TO MAKE A MEMBERSHIP PURCHASE CAN SEE THAT DIGIT NUMBER AND THEN ADVANCE THE WEB PAGE AND PLACE AN ORDER USING THAT NUMBER TO RECEIVE A 40% DISCOUNT ON THEIR MEMBERSHIP PURCHASE, TO WHICH THE DEALER GETS THE CREDIT FOR TEH SALE, THUS EARNING SEVERAL COMMISSION ( A ENROLLMENT COMMISSION, A RESIDUAL COMMISSION FROM THE COMMISSION OF THE COLLECTION FEES AND ALSO A RENEWAL MEBERSHIP EACH YEAR THE MEMBER ACCOUNT RENEWS THEIR MEMBERSHIP THATS THE PROGRAM, IT IS FAIR AND ACCURATELY DESCRIBED ON THE DEALERHSIP PRESENTATION.ITS A FAIR PROGRAM AND NOTHING WAS DISGUISED OR HIDDEN FROM [redacted] IN THE LEAST [redacted] EVEN CALLED ME PRIOR TO HIS DEALER SIGN UP, AND TOLD ME HE WAS DEFINITELY ENROLLING, HE JUST HAD TO PICK UP HIS CHILDREN AND WOULD BE SIGNING UP LATER THAT DAY FOR SURE, HE TOLD ME HE HAD REVIEWED THE DEALER PROGRAM A LOT AND HAD READ IT ALL THROUGH AND JUST WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT BUSINESS CARDS AND POSSIBLE WAYS TO ADVERTISEALL HIS QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED, AND I TOLD HIM IF HE HAD ANY FURTHER QUESTIONS TO CALL ME AT ANYTIME.His dealer account was completed for dealer enrollment BY HIS OWN SIGNUP FROM HIS OWN COMPUTER from his own direction His dealer account was set up at at 5:P.M the same afternoon hour and minute later ( MINUTES IN TOTAL )At that time 5:P.M an electronic email and telephone call was placed to [redacted] by me (At that EXACT MOMENT BEFORE P.M MAY [redacted] - [redacted] had complete tie in access to all of Gold Star Recovery's proprietary information which includes the following (FAR FAR BELOW -BOTTOM OF THIS EMAIL) : ALSO ON THIS PHONE CALL, [redacted] ACKNOWLEDGED RECEIPT OF THIS EMAIL AND DURING THE PHONE CALL ACCESSED THE BACK OFFICE INFORMATION VERBALLY OVER THE TELEPHONE CALL WITH MEI WAS NAVIGATING [redacted] WHERE TO FIND THE MATERIALWE DID A REVIEW OF THE INFORMATION IN THE BACK OFFICE SECTION by doing so, he confirmed to me that he did in fact have access HE HAD COMPLETE ACCESS AND WAS ENCOURAGED by me POLITELY TO ASK if he had any questions at all This is an introduction telephone call that any dealer would receive in the exact same way I POINTED OUT KEY ASPECTS OF THE MATERIAL THAT HE TOOK NOTICE OF, SPECIFIC TO THE THE GOLD STAR RECOVERY MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT AND ALL FORMS AS WELL AS STAINSTRUCTIONS - He has enrolled into a program and now he doesn't want to make any effort, "that's fine," but I am not to be held responsible for that All he is doing is making groundless complaints and grasping for straws and using words like fatal flaws and bogus, but he makes no specific mention to anything specific The program has no fatal flaws, and the program is not bogus, the program is a fantastic program where the dealer can earn substantially through membership enrollments [redacted] has a highly aggressive attitude and a highly inflammatory personality, quite difficult to work with some such as that Never the less,I will always try my very best and always conduct myself as a professionalDealers are paid a commission for the enrollments that use their dealer reference code They are also paid residual commissions from the 2nd phase collection process and also are paid annual renewals for all member accounts that renew their memberships it is a very fair and accurately described program Gold Star Recovery nor I have done nothing to deceive [redacted] in any way that is just not at all true , its also not possible, the dealer web site is expected to be read and understood before enrollments and even asks the dealer to read all material and agree to the dealer agreement and acknowledgement that all is understood The performance of our program works superbly in every manner in which it is described [redacted] has been given full access to everything and has received everything he wished to proceed with I will to continue to wish [redacted] the best of results and freely give any and all assistance possible with this program, but he makes it very difficult, his attitude and personality make it very difficult to work with He seems to only want to slander me and the program and use words like bogus and deceptionNone of that is at all true He is just trying to abuse people that only want to help himand he is also trying to abuse the Gold Star Recovery program by receiving the information all for free Many people nationwide often express interest to our dealer programHowever their is a requirement for a stadeposit to get a free web site and all our company forms our training manual our full color advertising templates and million leads, its is not simply free to distribute to any one who asks That's why the deposit exists We seek serious minded people that legitimately want to grow a business [redacted] is simply not coach able and clearly has little understanding about the program for which he has enrolled *** can make all the complaints he wishes, absolutely none of them are true and I perceive them as nothing more than complete and total harassmentI also expressed to [redacted] to call me and we could discuss a partial reimbursement, To date he has not called He also mentioned that he was upset that his web site did not have its own direct order form on it That's is not a feature we have nor have ever hadI am not responsible for him inventing that desire in his own mind WE SIMPLY PUT - DO NOT OFFER THAT AS IT IS COMPLETLY NOT NEEDED IF THAT WAS HIS SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT HE SHOULD NOT HAVE EVER ENROLLEDI did however offer [redacted] a solution to hire his own web designer and recreate his own web page with those features on it, HE HAS SINCE DECLINED I also my services "for free" to assist with [redacted] designer of choice to help in the design aspects of the web page Additionally, [redacted] has mentioned that Gold Star Recovery is attempting to " hijack sales from dealers by persuading them to call Gold Star Recovery direct THIS IS A TOTAL AND COMPLETE BASELESS LIE ,I challenge anyone, anywhere on the entire face of the earth to corroborate that we are stealing sales from dealerssimply put it has never happened nor will it ever happen Gold Star Recovery does not ever sell memberships We service the memberships that directly sold by the dealers only, ( that's is the only way) A member account MUST make a purchase using a dealer reference code only !!! We do not sell membership accounts directly to businesses ever, and all over our member web site it says to contact your dealer representative to make a purchase or to enter your dealers reference code to make a purchaseThe audio announcement tells the listener to contact the dealer for further sales supportThe scrolling marquee on top of the member web site [redacted] reads in giant bold letters to contact your dealer for sales support! Never once has Gold Star Recovery stolen from a dealer or hijacked a sale and I would guarantee with entire cetainty that you can not fine " one person " anywhere ever that would make such an outrageous claim Simply put it would not happened , and has never happened All [redacted] is doing is causing trouble for many people and wasting a lot of peoples time He has not shred of valid information to support anything that he is suggestingI urge greatly to please be called directly at ###-###-####, This is a direct number right to me ( [redacted] ) so that I can go over and review full details of our dealer program more specifically I can give a thorough introduction as to how it works , what the dealer receives, our training sessions, the dealer web site, the dealer advertisements, the leads that are received and the order forms as wellI can explain how the dealers web site works and also review the audio's and videos as wellIn short this is a packed program that is offered to the dealer and he is given overwhelming support I can review the enrollment process, the dealer agreement , the steps that are taken for the dealer to enroll, and also I can invite you to see the back office section, so you can see first hand all of the information *** has been given access to, including the twenty million leads and training manual and ***eting material with advertising templatesWhen you see all the information that was released to [redacted] and to all dealers ,you will understand with great clarity, why refunds cant be given just because of a change of mind Gold Star Recovery does not want any dealer to enroll, unless they are serious about brining in business, our time is valuable and the information given and our expertise and training is costly Again, I am asking , please to call me, I very much would like to continue this with a telephone conversationI am extremely fair to all dealers, and take it personally that it would be suggested otherwise [redacted] ###-###-####

Why would the site I cancelled on 5/*/be online? That is CRAZY! But if you look at it, you will see it is referencing account #*** which is not the account I was assigned. I have the email still to prove it. I cancelled my account #***immediately after finding out it was bogus and didn't work w/in day of it being activatedand he rejected my cancel and refund request and reissued a new account number w/out my permission. Who does that? *** *** from Gold Star Recovery does... And he is still refusing to refund my money $for cancelling account number *** one day after finding out he gave me a bogus account number *** which didn't work. Just refund my money... still waiting.

Very odd? Similarly, I am having a real hard time getting over the fact that my name and code are not automatically entered on my site that is my ***eting tool to generate sales. After all I am being charged $month to be a dealer and my website is my order pad. That is a huge problem for me. Using a subdomain instead of a replicated website affiliate software is a major fatal flaw and the reason you can't make each dealers site completely their own. Instead you have a subdomain with some dealer info redirecting to the main domain that is blank on the Gold Star and Silver Star forms... and that is totally unacceptable to me.If I was a customer and I wanted to try the service before I spent $for a membership I would absolutely use the Silver Star program at least onceand since there is absolutely no way for me as a dealer to have my information on that enrollment form for a customer online vsme handing me them a preprinted form in personI would lose that customer forever! But no worriesyou all would retain them for sure one way or another and proof that you would retain all blank Silver Star enrollments isyou don't see a problem with the way it is nowthat says it all.And it is for those reasons I need to cancel this business and request a refund of my $effective immediately. It is way too big of a fatal flaw for me to be apart of this business opportunity. It was received by him!On this phone call I also checked to be sure that he had complete login through the dealer portal.  [redacted] was having difficulty signing in, because he is computer challengedand doesn't seem to be able to coordinate or navigate well using a keyboard or understanding simple log-in instruction.  Understanding these instructions is quitesimple in nature.  All a person needs to do is be able to read and write and use a keyboard at a beginner level and then also click the enter button 1x with your mouse on enter.Simialr to  logging into an email address. Quite basic functions for todays world I would say!  This is an (internet related business),this is not asking to much, to be computer literate.I also verbally via the introduction telephone call gave given instruction to the sign in steps to the back office log-in and email capability .. Againthe computer program doesn't work upon trust, computers dont work that way. To the computer program every dealer is treated exactly the same, identically.   Our order program works electronically, it is dependent upon technology, whether or not trust is given or not, it is simply not relevant.  All orders work and the dealer receives a confirmation back in return every time. This is an absurd completely outrageous accusation to suggest otherwise.  When a members order is placed using the dealers reference code the, dealer is alerted to the sale with an email update  seconds later. Also, orders can not be completed without the order page working, so we  would only be hurting ourselves from servicing collection work which is the entire point of what we do here. His suggestion would mean that we would be denying companies from placing orders with us!  which is the last thing we would ever do.  That would be denying collection work and denying to make money.  Just a dumb accusation to say the least !Furthermore, my initial call to [redacted] was an introductory and congratulations call of [redacted]s enrollment.  The call was intended to be brief.  My siimple pleasantries were given as well as start up instructions.  First point of the phone call was a congratulations for his enrollment, 2nd point  was to confirm receipt of my email which contained a congratulations email and welcome letter, along with a  paid deposit receipt as well as introductions and start up instruction and  log-in instructions and to [redacted] email which has all back office material and dealer web site URL.  At this point he was complete for what he paid, and training and additionally further instruction is offeredand to be given at mutually scheduled intervals.  [redacted] did not want to comply with that. If the account code was in error, we can adjust that in seconds at any time.[redacted] logged into his email and confirmed he had received the congratulations email. At that point I had proceeded with an introduction for him tolog -in to the dealer portal, which after he was able to manage and navigate the log in, he then acknowledged he had access to.  We then scheduled a training appointment for May the [redacted].  at 11  A.M.  Next I pointed out some material that I had expressed for him to review so that the training on the following Monday would bemore beneficial.  He was encouraged also to take notes of any questions he might have so we can discuss any questions that he might have as faras getting started on the training call a few days later. On that training call with, [redacted] his order page would have been tested and and he would have been shown how the electronic orders work. Then we also would have went through the database of 20 million leads and the best way to save them and to utilize them going forward.  We would have gonethough, methods of advertising, and also our commercial advertising which we also have a commercial available as well.  We could have talked about[redacted]et canvassing and how best to introduce and promote the material, and  many other selling elements of the program and aspects of the collection industry.  All his concerns would have been addressed as well as concerns on how to use our dealer support services to help him to close sales, web site order issues and how we could also assist him in closing sales for him direct on his  behalf.   [redacted] wants everything his own personal way.  That is simply not practical. The format is given and operates exactly as described to every dealer.  The program  works in a very fair and efficient way for all dealers.  He would not even allow a chance to understand the capabilities ofour support and our services, hes just rude and obnoxious and demanding and accusatory in all  his emails. [redacted] received an overwhelming amount of pre-packaged information as well as a dedicated personal web site in 61 minutes.  Learning this business is aprocess, and getting completely comfortable in our unique program takes longer than a 15 minute introduction call. Why would the site I cancelled on 5/*/15 be online?  That is CRAZY!  But if you look at it, you will see it is referencing account #[redacted] which is not the account I was assigned.  I have the email still to prove it.  I cancelled my account #[redacted]. immediately after finding out it was bogus and didn't work w/in 1 day of it being activated... and he rejected my cancel and refund request and reissued a new account number w/out my permission.  Who does that?  [redacted] from Gold Star Recovery does...  And he is still refusing to refund my money $295 for cancelling account number [redacted] one day after finding out he gave me a bogus account number [redacted] which didn't work.  Just refund my money...  still waiting.

I would lose that customer forever!  But no worries.... you all would retain them for sure one way or another and proof that you would retain all blank Silver Star enrollments is... you don't see a problem with the way it is now... that says it all.And it is for those reasons I need to cancel this business and request a refund of my $295 effective immediately.  It is way too big of a fatal flaw for me to be apart of this business opportunity.  And since it hasn't been 3 days.... And both also requested the customer to not call me, but the company toll free #. A total misdirection and to me extremely unethical for a home business opportunity. So, I cancelled IMMEDIATELY and request a REFUND of $295. Then about an hour later I receive an apology email stating that my original info was incorrect and that the new info would work. But it was too late, I already cancelled and requested my refund 1 day after paying it. He has enrolled into a program and now he doesn't want to make any effort, "that's fine," but I am not to be held responsible for that. All he is doing is making groundless complaints and grasping for straws and using words like fatal flaws and bogus, but he makes no specific mention to anything specific. The program has no fatal flaws, and the program is not bogus, the program is a fantastic program where the dealer can earn substantially through membership enrollments. [redacted] has a highly aggressive attitude and a highly inflammatory personality, quite difficult to work with some such as that. Never the less,I will always try my very best and always conduct myself as a professional. Dealers are paid a commission for the enrollments that use their dealer reference code. They are also paid residual commissions from the 2nd phase collection process and also are paid annual renewals for all member accounts that renew their memberships. it is a very fair and accurately described program. Gold Star Recovery nor I have done nothing to deceive [redacted] in any way. that is just not at all true , its also not possible, the dealer web site is expected to be read and understood before enrollments and even asks the dealer to read all material and agree to the dealer agreement and acknowledgement that all is understood. The performance of our program works superbly in every manner in which it is described. [redacted] has been given full access to everything and has received everything he wished to proceed with. I will to continue to wish [redacted] the best of results and freely give any and all assistance possible with this program, but he makes it very difficult, his attitude and personality make it very difficult to work with. He seems to only want to slander me and the program and use words like bogus and deception. None of that is at all true. He is just trying to abuse people that only want to help him. and he is also trying to abuse the Gold Star Recovery program by receiving the information all for free. Many people nationwide often express interest to our dealer program. However their is a requirement for a start-up deposit to get a free web site and all our company forms our training manual our full color advertising templates and 20 million leads, its is not simply free to distribute to any one who asks. That's why the deposit exists. We seek serious minded people that legitimately want to grow a business. [redacted] is simply not coach able and clearly has little understanding about the program for which he has enrolled. Additionally, [redacted] has mentioned that Gold Star Recovery is attempting to " hijack sales from dealers by persuading them to call Gold Star Recovery direct. THIS IS A TOTAL AND COMPLETE BASELESS LIE ,I challenge anyone, anywhere on the entire face of the earth to corroborate that we are stealing sales from dealers. simply put it has never happened nor will it ever happen. Gold Star Recovery does not ever sell memberships. We service the memberships that directly sold by the dealers only, ( that's is the only way) A member account MUST make a purchase using a dealer reference code only !!! We do not sell membership accounts directly to businesses ever, and all over our member web site it says to contact your dealer representative to make a purchase or to enter your dealers reference code to make a purchase. The audio announcement tells the listener to contact the dealer for further sales support. The scrolling marquee on top of the member web site [redacted] reads in giant bold letters to contact your dealer for sales support! After all I am being charged $40 month to be a dealer and my website is my order pad. That is a huge problem for me. Using a subdomain instead of a replicated website affiliate software is a major fatal flaw and the reason you can't make each dealers site completely their own. Instead you have a subdomain with some dealer info redirecting to the main domain that is blank on the Gold Star and Silver Star forms... and that is totally unacceptable to me.If I was a customer and I wanted to try the service before I spent $480 for a membership I would absolutely use the Silver Star program at least once... and since there is absolutely no way for me as a dealer to have my information on that enrollment form for a customer online vs. me handing me them a preprinted form in person... I would lose that customer forever! Allstatements made here are completely inaccurate and a total distortion ofthe truth. In short, they are all a total combination of and made up lies to the extreme with absolutely no back up supporting information atall. It is nothing more than just itic useless words ( scam, bogus) with zero meaning. The program is none of those things. [redacted]makes up nonsense stories about everything one after the other. Our program works superbly exactly as it is described.I tried to accommodate him in every way. He is a stubborn man and fails to recognize that the program works exactly as it should. He refuses to listen and refuses to have any meaningful intelligent or productive conversations at all. All he is seeking is to abuse the program offering and steel free information and waste valuable time of others.. I challenge him, to make one single verifiable accusation that is true in any way that our reference codes do not work. THEY ALL WORK! EVERY SINGLE CODE WORKS! , ALLCODES WORK, EVERY SINGLE DAY, THEY WORK FOR EVERY DEALER! THEY HAVE NEVER NOT WORKED IN FACT! THE PROGRAM WORKS FLAWLESSLY! First off, the only reason [redacted] even did a check of the order page, was because I personally encouraged him to do so! I made a telephone call to him an (initialengagement telephone call 61 minutes after he enrolled into the program). I do this for every single dealer, and either verbally speak with each an dealer or leave a message to receive a call back, it has never ever once been a problem, not even one time for anyone ever, "JUST HIM. This initial call was for the purpose of congratulating him for his new dealer enrollment along with verifying that he had received his initial enrollment and congratulation startupemail, with paid receipt. This email contains all startup instructions and access codes for all information. It was received by him!On this phone call I also checked to be sure that he had complete login through the dealer portal. [redacted] was having difficulty signing in, because he is computer challengedand doesn't seem to be able to coordinate or navigate well using a keyboard or understanding simple log-in instruction. Understanding these instructions is quitesimple in nature. All a person needs to do is be able to read and write and use a keyboard at a beginner level and then also click the enter button 1x with your mouse on enter.Simialr to logging into an email address. Quite basic functions for todays world I would say! This is an (internet related business),this is not asking to much, to be computer literate.I also verbally via the introduction telephone call gave given instruction to the sign in steps to the back office log-in and email capability .. It was confirmed on thatphone call that yes he did have access to the dealer log-in, which means he had complete access to all material (Which is why no refund at this point could be given until 10 membership accounts had been sold by him through his dealer account using (his dealer reference code! He has since closed the dealer account by hisown decision, although I strongly advised him not to do so.) I also offered to him a partial refund if we could have a discussion, which he also declined !On the initial call to [redacted], It was also suggested at a later time to test and make sure his email had full capability as well, which It must have, because it operates and performs with the identical log-in codes, So if he had access to the dealer portal, then access was also granted to the email capability as well. I also reviewed briefly his own dealer web site, and told him to update me of any changes he would perhaps like as far as his credentials went ...IE..... (PhoneNumber, fax number name or nick name and site name) as these can all be customized . It was also suggested to check and review the order page to make sure it had full functionality as a test and to get familiar with how to make introductions to businesses and how our program works electronically, and the electronic emails would be confirmed back to him when a sale is complete. Any (adjustments / changes) can be made within seconds of notification , its never a problem, - again " JUST HIM" Additionally, weather or not [redacted] trusted us or not is completely irrelevant. All of of dealers have get full training and support to the dealer accounts with unlimited support. The order signup's all work correctly. It is run from technology and a computer based program. The confirmations are done electronically through technology; trust has absolutely nothing to do with it. A confirmation is automatically and computer generated to the dealer to alert them to the membership sale. Againthe computer program doesn't work upon trust, computers dont work that way. To the computer program every dealer is treated exactly the same, identically. Our order program works electronically, it is dependent upon technology, whether or not trust is given or not, it is simply not relevant. All orders work and the dealer receives a confirmation back in return every time. This is an absurd completely outrageous accusation to suggest otherwise. When a members order is placed using the dealers reference code the, dealer is alerted to the sale with an email update seconds later. Also, orders can not be completed without the order page working, so we would only be hurting ourselves from servicing collection work which is the entire point of what we do here. His suggestion would mean that we would be denying companies from placing orders with us! which is the last thing we would ever do. That would be denying collection work and denying to make money. Just a dumb accusation to say the least !Furthermore, my initial call to [redacted] was an introductory and congratulations call of [redacted]s enrollment. The call was intended to be brief. My siimple pleasantries were given as well as start up instructions. First point of the phone call was a congratulations for his enrollment, 2nd point was to confirm receipt of my email which contained a congratulations email and welcome letter, along with a paid deposit receipt as well as introductions and start up instruction and log-in instructions and to [redacted] email which has all back office material and dealer web site URL. At this point he was complete for what he paid, and training and additionally further instruction is offeredand to be given at mutually scheduled intervals. [redacted] did not want to comply with that. If the account code was in error, we can adjust that in seconds at any time.[redacted] logged into his email and confirmed he had received the congratulations email. At that point I had proceeded with an introduction for him tolog -in to the dealer portal, which after he was able to manage and navigate the log in, he then acknowledged he had access to. We then scheduled a training appointment for May the [redacted]. at 11 A.M. Next I pointed out some material that I had expressed for him to review so that the training on the following Monday would bemore beneficial. He was encouraged also to take notes of any questions he might have so we can discuss any questions that he might have as faras getting started on the training call a few days later. On that training call with, [redacted] his order page would have been tested and and he would have been shown how the electronic orders work. Then we also would have went through the database of 20 million leads and the best way to save them and to utilize them going forward. We would have gonethough, methods of advertising, and also our commercial advertising which we also have a commercial available as well. We could have talked about[redacted]et canvassing and how best to introduce and promote the material, and many other selling elements of the program and aspects of the collection industry. All his concerns would have been addressed as well as concerns on how to use our dealer support services to help him to close sales, web site order issues and how we could also assist him in closing sales for him direct on his behalf. [redacted] wants everything his own personal way. That is simply not practical. The format is given and operates exactly as described to every dealer. The program works in a very fair and efficient way for all dealers. He would not even allow a chance to understand the capabilities ofour support and our services, hes just rude and obnoxious and demanding and accusatory in all his emails. [redacted] received an overwhelming amount of pre-packaged information as well as a dedicated personal web site in 61 minutes. Learning this business is aprocess, and getting completely comfortable in our unique program takes longer than a 15 minute introduction call. There is an adjustment period, inother words a learning curve for our system and our methods, as with any new business there is always an adjustment period for new dealers. To be more accurate [redacted] acted like a person only seeking to steal information and then quickly get money back. He canceled his training scheduled appointment, didn’t return nor answer any phone calls. He then kept casting non stop aggressive pointless accusations and then he next canceled his account days later. This is not the actions of a legitimate person seeking to forge a relationship and looking to run a work from home business. This is the actions of a deceitful person with faulty intentions. We put forth a great effort in creating and offering all this material and helping and training our dealers. Why would the site I cancelled on 5/*/15 be online? That is CRAZY! But if you look at it, you will see it is referencing account #[redacted] which is not the account I was assigned. I have the email still to prove it. I cancelled my account #[redacted]. immediately after finding out it was bogus and didn't work w/in 1 day of it being activated... and he rejected my cancel and refund request and reissued a new account number w/out my permission. Who does that? [redacted] from Gold Star Recovery does... And he is still refusing to refund my money $295 for cancelling account number [redacted] one day after finding out he gave me a bogus account number [redacted] which didn't work. Just refund my money... still waiting.
