This complaint has already been resolved-several months agoClient's walker was already in a state of distressThe brake handle fell off with minimal interactionThe client called our dispatch unit demanding the personal contact information for our employeeWe calmly advised her our employees are not held responsible for this type of situation and that his personal contact information is confidential, but that I would be more than happy to assist her with the matterI explained simply that our policy is to have the repair receipt sent into our accounts payable department and get a check cut for her as soon as we receive itIt took the client nearly days to call back and adv me she was unable to mail us a copy of the receiptI spoke immediately to my employer and we decided we would hand deliver the client the for the repair and pick up the receipt at that point in timeThe client failed to provide the receipt for the transaction but accepted the $for repairThis issue was already resolvedThere is no need for further resolutionOur staff was extremely accommodating to the clients needs and handled the situation promptlyThe timing of the event was the result of the client not following through with her end of the communication processAs soon as she did make contact, we were able to make the necessary accommodations to get her resolutionAt no time was a member of my staff anything other than helpful for this clientThe only time we could not accommodate her request was after she repeatedly attempted to coerce the personal information for our driver from our dispatch unitWe had to firmly advise her to stop requesting his information to get her to accept our assistance during the initial call
