Gold Stash For Cash

I sent in my gold items in September 2013. Today is December 16th and I have not received payment. I am given different stories via email and by phone.

I was sent scrap gold 80grams on Gold Stash for cash The scrap was sent; 4/18/14 tracking number [redacted] expected delivery 4/21/2014 confirmed company received 4/21/14 time;1.33pm Until now never pay me I never receive payment this company " beware not trusted Company"

[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Check was sent extremely late. I was unsatisfied with that amount and my bank charged me for after depositing the check for "insufficient funds". I would like to be reimbursed for the amount and my bank fee.

this company is a scam! I mailed my jewelry received a check and the check bounced. I attempted several times to contact someone anyone and unfortunately never heard back from anyone. I have been scammed!

I sent in my old jewelry, etc. I received a check which bounced. Tried to contact thru email and phone. Never got a response.

We did send a new check to [redacted] It was mailed on the 4th.

We sent a check out on Dec. 12. Our apologies for the delay.

This was our error and we fixed it. A new check has been sent out on December 16.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. This "company" lies, cheats, and steals. I was so stupid to trust them and send them my jewelry. This is a scam!!!!!! They did not communicate with me as promised and did not give me an offer. They have received "hundreds" of complaints according to the Revdex.com when I called to file an official complaint. They are NOT accredited like they advertise on their website. A bunch of lies!

I sent a [redacted] package with my jewelry to Gold Stash to sell my old jewelry. I mailed it in September of 2014. I received an email in October stating that they had received my package and would be getting another email when they valued my jewelry. I haven't heard from them since. I have left dozens of messages and have emailed dozens of times with the latest emails being returned to me. THANK GOD I did not give them my account info for a direct deposit.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

We are working on this. We did have to close our account due to fraud. We will issue a new check on our new account.

I had a terrible experience with Gold Stash and want to warn others not to use them. I was referred to them by [redacted]'s website and thought they were a respectable business. They kept my jewelry and never sent payment. After contacting Gold Stash, employee [redacted] wrote me on 12/5/2013; 1/2/2014; 2/5/2014 each time apologizing and stating "how awful" that I had not yet received payment and promising to send the check out promptly. No check was ever sent and my jewelry was never returned to me. Further communications were not answered. Do not use this horrible company.

Please do not send ANYTHING to this business. They are scamming people. They do pick up merchandise at the [redacted] facility, Then, that is it. You will not see a check and they never answer the phone and if you leave a message. Do not expect a return call. I sent diamond necklaces and diamond earrings, and gold bracelets, only to be scammed. Dave R[redacted] recommended them and so I thought this was a legit business but it is a business of Scam Artists. Please do not make the same mistake I did.

Months ago I sent jewelry to this business....received email confirmation, then promptly received a personal (not a business) check. I went to cash the check; their bank was unable to honor. Received apology email saying a replacement check would be sent. Months later, I've yet to receive anything. Further emails from me yielded no response and they do not answer their phones. Yet they continue to spend money paying shipping charges to take people's valuables. I'm disgusted.

Do not send your jewelry to this website. They sent me four different checks that were returned NSF. So not only get I get charged by the bank it was horrible trying to get my money back by Gold Stash. They are actually NOT supported by [redacted] either. I contacted them and they said they were going to ask them to remove the recommendation from their website, but they still haven't yet. Don't waste your time with this site. They wrote me this email about fraud in their company. No kidding. I am sure they were just trying to take my jewelry without paying.
