I would like to confirm the number you have is a working number.  Our system keeps track of when a customer calls the times the file is accessed and the agent who you spoke to. In your account, I only see a call for yesterday. Our call center representatives normally do charge a fee for a duplicate copy if it has been more than 90 days from when the original date the certificate was sent. The correspondence that I received from the company stated I would receive a tracking number on Monday for the certificate. This has not happened.
