9/22/This is to inform that I, manager at "Gold USA" located in [redacted] Town Center, Waldorf, had discussed with you earlier about customer named ( [redacted] ) that she came times within a year after her husband purchased white gold ct wedding band set to get repairs, Rhodeum, other services done on the set with brand new higher ctDiaset becoz she was not happy with the original one About weeks ago she came back with half broken band ruining all the diamonds and ask us to replace it again bcoz she now divorced and this last time after talking to you we are sizing this for her making her a different size how she wants Rhodeum, polish and new band replacement for the last and final time and explained to her and she agreed to thatSo we are spending 150$ more to make her satisfied This is a courtesy and we are going out of way to do this one last time for her Please withdraw the complaint as she said she will also be contacting you to withdraw it Thank you, Store Manager: Irfan S

As I explained on the phone earlier, I recieved an email with a letter from gold usa attached to it and in the letter state
. That I had brought my ring to the store broken times in a year which wasnt true, my husband bought the ring set for me on february however the ring didnt fit so I brought it to the store to get it in my size when I recieved my ring back the band had a tear line through the entire ring and also wholes in it so I gave it back to them recieved it again and a diamond was missing as soon as they took it out of the bag so I gave it back to them and after that my ring kept on turning from white gold to yellow gold so I kept on bringing my ring back and kept on being told it was a new ring and then when I would being it back they said no its the old one so with my first ring I had to bring it back to the store times within 1\months I asked for my money back becuse they kept on telling me different things everytime I went and kept on being rude even though mr n*** had stated my ring had a lifetime guarantee they didnt want to give me my money back or a new ring evntually they let me get a new ring so I picked the same one and the prize tag stated it waa 9990$ and 2ct dimonds so that then turned yellow gold again and when my finger started swelling up it got cut off so I called the store asking how much it would be to fix it the lady on the phone said 40$ and I told her serveral time that the ring has a cut in it and she said thats ok so I brought the ring to the store where I was then told its to get the ring fixed and to turn it back to white gold for each ring mr n*** state dthat my ring was worth 2000$ so I asked why the price tag said he said its not my business and got upset when I questioned him to why everybody keeps on telling me a different story and he ignored me and went to the next customer while I was talking to him so I went to another jewlery store in the mall and had my ring evaluated and they stated my rings arent worth 1000$ and that I need to contact you that you would be able to help me so I did that when gold usa contacted me about the letter and to come in which I did and they told me I had to pay to get my ring fixed and 40$ each to turn it white gold again so I once questioned why so high and why I was told its only at first and explained that that is why im letting you guys handle this so mr ron got upset and said well go do so I dont care etc so I left then mr n*** called to come in which I did and he said he will fix my ring for free but only if I take back the complaint so I gave them my ring and went to pick it up last week monday however my ring had a cracked line throughout the ring awholes in it and yellow spots everywhereso I showed him he said to leave it here and that it would be done the next day and asked if I took back the complaint I said no that I dont rrust them and I wouldnt do so until I get my ring bac so he wanted me to sign something which I refused I never got the call aboutmy ring so I called them today and didnt really get an answer to it and wanted to talk to whomever composed the letter butThe lady on the phone got upset so we ended the call ive been asking them for my money back or an exchange but they are refusing both because they had given me the new ring even though they said they fixed it my ring has a cracked line throughout the entire ring wholes and yellow spots everywhere so im getting super helpless because I dont know what else to do and eerytime I went to the store I always had somebody with me
