I spoke with *** *** about the guarantee he provided me in May before completing the work on 5/
He admitted he provided a guarantee but now is say it was for a different problem
I disagreed with him that it was a separate problem ( his own letter shows that it was the same problem)
We did not get to a mutual agreement how this should be resolved
It is my opinion this company does not back up it word or the work they do
Subsequently, I will not do any more business with them
Please close this case
