We had been having major problems with our boiler system that was beyond our controlHeating company had been out there daily to try to fix problems Tenant had been given space heaters to give her heat for the time being She was also given $off her rent

Response taken over the phone: We were having boiler issues on this property While the boiler was being repaired, we did provide heaters so our tenants would not be be left in the cold She may have complained to the superintendent that lives on the property but we were not
notified of further issues We feel that the $credit toward her rent was satisfactory compensation She did except this, therefore we feel the matter was resolved

We replaced Ms***’s trash receptacle with one from a vacant apartmentThe Buffalo DPW was contacted to replace the borrowed one, as well 3. We have resolved the drop box complaint by advising (in writing) the residents of the Richmond Apartments to either mail in or hand deliver their rent to our main office at Manhattan Avenue, AptThe flyer is attached 4.
