I wanted to touch base with you in regards to *** *** and her situationI spoke with*** and explained the situation in regards to her accountThe reason for her outstanding balance is that she was sent to collections because her card was unable to be charged for an extended period of time

Absolute crooksI cancelled my membership mid JuneMy account was then charged for both July and AugustI had my bank stop paymentI then get notices from their billing companyI call the gym and the manager tells me I owe another $to cancelI explained to him I was already billed for months ($54) after I initially cancelledHe proceeded to say I had to pay another $Hidden fees is there gameBetter to stay away
Gold’s Gym recognizes the importance and necessity of equipment being operational and well maintained. There are occasions when exercise equipment and areas of the facility become in
need of cleaning and repair. We are grateful when members are gracious enough to report any problems to our staffOnce issues are reported, we swiftly contact and schedule repair technicians to address equipment issues. Regretfully, there are times where certain repairs take extended periods of time due to the availability and shipping times of various parts. Management invites membership, through an open-door policy, to discuss and report on the progress of any equipment, service or facility issues.
