I'm writing in response to the complaint received by the ***I did stop by and look at there issue right away and was a simple maintenance issueI do not cover maintenance once a yard is complete, this is something the homeowner is
responsible for unless they hire a lawn/yard maintenance company, which I am notI saw early on there was zero upkeep therefore had someone else plant the trees and shrubs and watched the entire yard full of shrubs die because of no care for the plantingsThe grass was the same wayEverytime I drove by it was completely dry and knew the grass would not growThese people need to understand if they want to live in a nice area they must spend a little time in the yard maintaining itJust mowing doesn't do itAs for the erosion on the driveway they complained aboutIt would take minutes to fix so as you can see its they are not willing to lift a finger to improve their yard

My complaint was in regards to poor communication which is now exemplified by his responseOur lawn had no grass because the seed didn't grow likely due to the late seeding and cold winter*** had told us he would see how it went and if we needed to seed again in the spring he would do soUnfortunately despite our attempts to contact him we did not get a replyI expected that reseeding would be associated with a cost, but that wasn't an option since he would not replyIf he had time to drive by, why not talk to us? To degrade customers demonstrates poor professionalismMany of our plants did not survive the winter and were replaced by *** Nursery (at a cost) as we discussed prior to planting in the late fall***s stepped up and did the seeding for us after seeing we were getting nowhere with Goldade LandscapingI hope others see the business owners response, as it gives fair warningAs a consumer I had a valid complaint and did not personally attack ***, it's too bad he felt the need to attack us personally
