This was not the case prior to contacting the Revdex.comGoldbely is a middle man and thus recuses themselves from responsibility, however, they are the point of contact, not the vendorI would simply ask that a refund be issued and the Goldbely assist in this effort.
Goldbely billed my PayPal Credit, Goldbely should issue a credit which would resolve the matter.

There was a misunderstanding about what items would be delivered on what days that was further complicated by shipping carrier delays that were unfortunately out of our company's handsWe have fully refunded the customer for all shipping
