Thank you for speaking with me today regarding the
experience you had recently with SESLOC. I appreciate your time, and I wanted
to follow up via email to recap...

As we discussed on the phone today, the $1247.58 of
fraudulent charges has been credited back into your account this morning. The
credit union has also filed the fraud dispute forms on your behalf so no
further action is required from you.
I greatly appreciate you bringing this issue to our
attention. We have a meeting tomorrow to look at our fraud claim process as a
whole and it’s efficiency and impact to our members. As I mentioned to you
today, I, too, have recently gone through this so I can lend my experience as a
member as well when looking at our process and any applicable changes we need
to make going forward.
To close, I also ask that you please contact me directly if
you encounter any outside or other fees associated to this specific issue that
I can help resolve. Also, I will be providing a copy of this email to the
Revdex.com as required in their complaint resolution process.
