My wife and I purchase orthotics in Feb 2015, she likes hers, my feet hurt really bad, I asked for a refund, but was told that I had to wait 45 days, before a refund, I mailed the free shoes, and othotics to Saskatoon, and a letter asking tor refund on June 10 th, now I am told it has to happen within 100 days to get a refund. I am so shocked and amazed by how people operate their business these days. The man who operates this business was so rude to me at the show, so I have decided to write this review to make other people stay away from him.

A terrible man to do business with. Did not give me my money back and my body is in more pain since the purchase of the insoles. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HIM.

I should have searched about this man online before purchasing anything from him. I met with John in Edmonton K days 2019 after he asked me about my medical condition. I am handicapped and I stay in a wheelchair all the time due to an accident I had many years ago. After entering his booth, John aggressively asked me to take my shoes off, and after that he took a scan of my fit. I wear shoes only for style purposes because I cannot walk. After the scan, which shouldn't have taken place from the beginning, he recommend me to buy three pairs of orthotics for over 2K. I told him that I am a poor man and that I live on a very fixed income every month. He then screamed at me and verbally forced me to use my savings account. I am a grown man that went though everything in life, but nothing prepared me for this moment. I am barely surviving every month because he took all my money. I have called him many times but he ignores me all the time and tells me about his no money back policy. Do not ever think about buying anything from this terrible man. A man that takes advantage on elderly snd sick people.

I am so shocked and amazed by how people operate their business these days. The man who operates this business was so rude to me at the show, so I have decided to write this review to make other people stay away from him.

I was approached to come and have my foot examined (in saskatoon) to see whether my health issues were related to my foot. The man, whose the only one who was there, told me to take off my shoes and put my foot on his machine. After checking and chatting with him, he told me that I have severe issues with my foot and other parts of my body and he started to scare me about bad things will happen to me if I will not take care after my foot. I then asked him for what he has to offer to me. After few seconds I realized that I am dealing with a professional scammer. He changed his prices promptly to confuse me. He wanted me to pay $1,500 and he then tried to sell me orthotics for $4,500. I explained to him that I am a single mom to 4 children and I do not have that amount of money to spend on myself. Then, all of sudden, he started to scream and yell at me and told me to f* off from his booth and that I am a cheap person and never to try to talk to him again.

I had cried and could not sleep for few days because of the trauma I experienced. Do not ever deal with this man, he will be rude if you do not buy, and he will try to take every hard earned money you have on you.
