Alex Called For Bedbugs Booking And As per Our Office And Alex Conversation Over His Bedbug Issue In His Apt. We was Very Clear In The First Conversation That We Are Not Responsible For Any warranty Because Bedbugs Doesn't Go Like That They Need...

Full treatment With Surroundings But He Chooses His Way.He was Fully Aware About All Of The Requirements And Process About Treated Bedbugs.But Still He Want us To Do the Treatment So We Done As Per Our Last Treatment We Did Not Find Any Live bugs But We Clearly Written In Our Invoice That We Founds Lots Of Dropping.
Again He Complaint About Why He Seen Bedbug We Told Give him Free Inspection That Time Also We Didn't Find Live Activity But Lots Of Droppings. He Wants Us To make A official Letter But Then He Start Arguing But Still then Our Office Call Him and Offer Him another Free Treatment He Refused To take It. We do Our Best To make Our Clients To Be Satisfied But He Refused Our Offer And Start Asking Money Back.
We Do Give Full Information To Our Clients Before We Book them As well We Only Charged What We Done.

We Been Told Alex In the Beginning About Bedbugs Treatment Process [redacted] We Done Proper Job.There is a high degree of variability in residents' response to a pest problem. Bedbugs Is Not One Time Job We Can Go Up To Five Treatments In Apts This Was Very Clear And He Was Totally Agree With This Process. He Never mention Before Any Damage Or Anything To Our Office.We Still Offer Him Free Inspection And Treatment.We only Charged For Our Work And Time.We Do As Much We can To make Our Clients Satisfied.
