Flooring Services scheduled the repair with the homeowner for Wednesday, May 13th, however after we got there, the homeowner was unable to make it and will call back to reschedule.
Having accommodated the homeowner's requests, all tile and wood repairs have been completed.

are still having issues with the grout in the master shower - since they "completed" the work, they have already been back once to fix the grout that cracks and then washes out in the master shower. It appears that one of the tiles is raised and therefore the grout will not be able to remain in the joint, however, we are awaiting the next time they will attempt to fix this again.Note - last week when they came back to the house to fix this grout, they were a no-show again. It seems as though this is fairly standard practice at least 50% of the time. The workers that came last week did have the necessary materials for the job. They did try to say that grout can dry in just a few minutes before applying the stain/sealant - I appreciate that they came back the next day to apply the stain/sealant in order to have enough time for the grout to dry sufficiently. It is quite frustrating that they didn't realize that the tile not laid right would end up causing the same issue - further denying us use of our home.
