I am rejecting this response because:This is a few pictures of the complaints we haveI'm so sorry I did not take moreTo prove what type of business they are, they have not only charged us the but have sent another charge to credit card for Obviously they are not being truthful

I am rejecting this response because: I finally received the first dollars back from Golden Bear Cottages for the first refund, my bank only issues a temporary credit when the charge is disputed and when it is paid by the business the bank removes the temporary creditI have the paperwork from my bank stating soThe business is stating that I am receiving a double refund and that is not the case, the bank has removed the temporary credit for the $The remaining problem is there was a second charge of $that was processed to my account on 3/1/and has not yet been credited back to my bankI sent the business all of the transactions after speaking to the clerk explaining the problemThis refund has not been posted to my account as of 3/21/Therefore this amount is still in disputeAgain I do not know why she thinks I am getting a double refund, the banks would not allow that to happen they would be out of business

this guest booked online at a rate of $a night plus taxes for two nights. I called the guest on the morning of their reservation and asked if they would mind if I upgraded them to a bedroom cabin at no additional cost (this cabin is $a night if they were paying for it). They
happily accepted and asked if we would make an exception and allow them to check in at 10am instead of the check in time of 3pm. I allowed them to check in at 10am for no additional charge (normally there is a $early check in fee). I waived that and checked them in. The signed into the office and were given their keys. They went to the cabin and never came back into the office that whole day or evening. Saturday morning, they came into the office and said they were checking out because the screen was broken and the front mini blind had a broken piece in it. We told them that we could send maintnence over right away to fix the problem and also offered to upgrade them to a bedroom cabin at no additional cost that didn't have any issues. They refused and left the property. The guest is not due any type of refund. Upon check in, they signed their paperwork stating that there are no refunds for early departure. I have that documentation if the Revdex.com would like a copy. I also have notes in the computer about the guests complaints that I have noted above and a copy of their online reservation showing the small cabin that they booked initially and the large cabin that they were upgraded to. We are sorry that we were unable to please this guest and would be happy to extend a gift certificate for another time fort the night that they left early from

I have submitted documents to Revdex.com proving that both refunds were submitted before this claim was even filed

This statement is untrue about them being asked to downgrade to a different smaller cabinThe cabin was not re booked for the night that they leftThere was a family that used the restroom in that cabin as an extra restroom because their cabin only had one restroom and they asked if they were able to use the restroom next door to shower in because the cabin was unoccupied and they had multiple people needing to shower at the same timeWe allowed this because the cabin was sitting emptyThey also were allowed to use the parking space because it was unoccupiedThe only extra they paid was for the $extra in resort fee for that particular cabinThey did not pay an upgrade fee for the cabin itself at allI'm happy to refund the $difference between what they originally booked with the studio cabin and what they were charged for the large bedroom cabin which they agreed to takeThey, again were offered another cabin without the same "issues" and refused to take it at no additional costExpedia was never told that these guests would be fully refunded because that is not the terms and conditions under which Expedia has contracted with golden bear cottagesAgain, I am happy to refund the $plus tax to the guest and also offer them a gift card for another time for a free nightI apologize for any inconvenience they may have experienced and again all of their complaints have been addressed

This guest has not only been refunded on 03/06/2018 by Golden Bear
Cottages, but she also disputed the charges with her credit card company
and received the funds back that way through a chargeback as well. 
When speaking to the guest, she said that as soon as she saw the amounts

we refunded on 3/6/18 by Golden Bear Cottages in her account, she
would tell her bank that she didn't want to dispute the amounts and they
would refund our double refund.  This has not happened to this point.  I
will be faxing over the banks documentation stating that the guest
disputed the charges and also the proof of refunds on our end.  These
refunds were processed on 3/6/18, and the guest disputed the charges on
her card on 03/07/18 (while the refunds from us were already being
processed) long before the guest ever filed this complaint with the Revdex.com.

I am rejecting this response because:This is a few pictures of the complaints we have. I'm so sorry I did not take more. To prove what type of business they are, they have not only charged us the 385.93 but have sent another charge to credit card for 192.00. Obviously they are not being truthful.
