Golden Beauty & Wigs

I visited the Golden Beauty & Wigs store today [redacted] and the customer service I received by the employee and the manager was EXTREMELY AWFUL!! I bought some [redacted] from Golden Beauty & Wigs on [redacted] and the [redacted] was old and looked like something was wrong with it. I took the [redacted] back to Golden Beauty & Wigs today Sunday [redacted] around 2:00p.m. The employee that was at the cash register had a NASTY ATTITUDE PROBLEM!! I was trying to explain what was wrong with the product and the employee was OVER talking me and then RUDELY called the manager while I was talking to her. The manager came over and before I could say anything he told me they don't except chemicals back. [redacted] is not a chemical the last time I checked. The manager didn't offer me my money back or tell me I could exchange the product. I never used the [redacted] it was still the same like I bought it. It's a shame to buy products and you can not get your money back or a exchange the product. It's also a shame to have an employee and manager DISRESPECT YOU!! This Golden Beauty & Wigs store is not clean in the inside and everything is OVER PRICED!! This [redacted] wasn't going to break the manager or his business to give me my money back or let me do and exchange.
