We purchased a front door glass insert and side window insert from Golden Blinds and Shutter in May, Installation was included in the purchase price We booked several appointments for the install and the company was a 'no-show' on several occasions When the company finally attended to install the glass, they only came with the door insert, not the sidelight insert The door insert was installed successfully and we were asked to pay the full amount ($700) for both pieces We paid $and stated we would pay the rest when the final piece arrived and was installed After another few weeks, an installer came to install the sidelight This is where things did not go well The installer really struggled with the job He removed the frame around the glass window and in the process broke the trim in several places He then proceeded to install the sidelight window and put the original trim back in place He used caulking, and thick nails to reinstall the trim The trim is
