I contacted a member at the site inquiring about buying a puppy only to find out after ordering that I had been misled and there was no puppy or trace
On Friday March 13th, I contacted a member at the site listed above to inquire about a puppy purchase. After exchanging some pictures of the supposed puppy, I sent payment which "had to be" via a 2nd party cash service like Cash App or Zelle (weird, but okay). Following this, I was sent a very sketchy and misspelled email from ***@hotmail.com demanding that I pay $830 for "flying" pet insurance which will be "refunded" to me following this payment. I contacted the original representative via text message (as was their primary method of contact) only to be told I had to "pay right now" or "there's no time to waste". This individual has also called me 3x throughout the middle of the night including at 3 am to harass me. Please remove these scam artists from your records immediately. I have contacted both my bank and local authorities. Thank you!

Desired Outcome

I desire a full refund of my $610 and this site to be removed from the Revdex.com. This is a scam site, intentionally created to be deceitful and harmful to the customer.

She is very rude and also the puppy need an insurance which we decided to pay half of it when she get the refund she send us our money

This is completely unsatisfactory. I was pleasant and candid in my responses up until I started receiving calls in the middle of the night and texts threatening the cancel of my "purchase" (despite lack of proof or tracking information as requested) if I did not pay an additional $830 immediately. Additionally, the pictures used of the supposed "puppy" in which I ordered were later found to be from other websites. The address listed on your web site is not even a real place of business. This is fraudulent business practice and an attempt at SCAM.

We have our policies any rudeness is not allowed and we told her what is happening if she needs the puppy let her comply with what is going on

This "company" of scammers did not notify me of this in the original price or details of purchase. No proof of exchange with the delivery service was offered. I was told AT THE LAST MINUTE that allegedly if I did not compensate the courier $830 for "flight insurance" and stating that only after payment could we proceed with the delivery (despite no proof of transaction or receipts as requested). This individual stated I would be refunded half of this insurance, but only after payment. I was then threatened to be reported for animal abuse and that the puppy would be forced into a 30 day quarantine. Then this individual continued to financially threaten me and talk in circles when I asked for a refund of at least the $470 (I was even willing to accept the $140 for the alleged "transport" fee). However, this individual continued to state that we couldn't "continue further" without the additional $830 being sent IMMEDIATELY.

Purchased a fawn frenchie and was scammed by this owner combined with the courier where was told I need to purchase a carrier to be able to send the puppy which I did and the puppy was never sent.

He is a liar they came to his house and he wasnt there so they brought back the puppy so I ask him to repeat the process because the money he paid was used for the first process

I have proof the puppy was never sent tru the messages I have with the breeder and I'll attach them here for they can be read.its all a lie I kept communication with him and always was here at my apt and nobody ever came.if it was true that I wasn't here how is it that they haven't communicated with me to reschedule another day?it's been 8 days of that and why is it that when I call the same num they say it is the wrong num?scammmers

He insulted the courier service they have send the puppy back to me if he is interested let him contact me lets start the process again since you guys are aware now.He will be paying for the puppy and delivery

So now it's that I insulted the courier.makes no sense. Now you want me to pay for something that is already paid for why don't you refund me my money cause we both know you don't have the puppy.
