I have been charged extra multiple times for claims that are not true. They are also charging my account after I told them I no longer authorize it.They have continuously charged me "missing" or "cancellation" fees claiming that I have missed appointments I never made (which is why I do not have the date for them). They also charged me once for showing up to an appointment that they told me I didn't have, then sent me home, and charged me for missing it later on. On [redacted] I was charged $18.19 and when asked why she said "I don't know you must have been charged a fee." I have called multiple times complaining about these charges that they decide they can automatically withdraw from my account. When I call, they say it is my fault for not showing up, and when I tell them something is wrong with their system, they continue to blame me. During these disputes, I told them I no longer authorize them to charge my account and I am taking my business elsewhere. They decided to continue to charge me on [redacted] for a monthly payment of 13.19 regardless of my precious requests to take me off. After, I called on [redacted] to tell them to take me off of the payment program again. They continued to tell me they need a signature from me, and until I can come in in person they are going to continue to charge me. When I asked for the company they use for the EzPay she said that "they would not be willing to deal with me personally because they deal will billions of transactions a day and an $11.00 a month payment is insignificant." I have sent them an email today to tell them once again that I no longer authorize these automatic withdrawals. I am also notifying the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation.Desired SettlementI am requesting to be taken off of the EzPay program immediately, refunded my last months fee of $13.19, and refunded the $18.19 from the month before because of the unauthorized automatic withdrawal of the "fee that cannot be determined."
