I have had two very unpleasant phone conversations with Kim at this utilityShe is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in ANY circumstanceShe has no customer service skills at allThere does not appear to be anyone in a position above her in which to complain toHow she continues to have a job in this capacity is beyond meIn talking to other people in the know , this is a pattern

The automatic payment system had changed I needed to know how to re-instate my autopay option I called to inquire........what a nightmare The woman on the phone spoke to me with such disrespect and would NOT help me I was very calm when she called me an "Entitled Canadian "Sugar", asked if I'd had a bad a hair day"
I couldn't believe me ears I asked if I should come into the office to resolve the paper work and she said I would do so at my own risk I was quiet I believe she has a psychiatric problem and I was so shocked that I felt sorry for her I am also afraid that she might have a hand gun and shoot because of the Florida Stand Your Ground Law and her lack of psych issue, I'm a Canadian and this is a genuine fear......a crazy person with a gun I'm considering going to Orange Tree with a Sheriff to take care of this issue
