I am rejecting this response because:
The recollections of events that was written from the business was full of liesFirstly there is street parking available for anyone to use and the driver parked his car in the driveway of my parking lotMy building is the first one right beside the lot so that was the most convenient spotSecondly after signing, I asked for the receipt for the meal and instead he asked for the pen back I dropped the pen in the driver's hand not on the floor and asked again for my receiptI don't know why he would think I wasn't going to give the pen back I just asked for the receipt firstAfter I gave back the pen the driver said "*** you" to me firstI then said "*** you" back to him and then he called me a "***" My husband had just got home and heard him call me out my nameMy husband did not hit the driver at all nor did the driver have to fight backMy husband did tell the driver to not talk to his wife like that and told him to just leaveThe neighbor in Apt *** did not come out to tell anyone to calm downShe came out to talk to me about something totally different and once my husband told the driver to just leave she was there to talk to meOnce I got back inside I then called the store to get the name of the driver and the managerWhoever answered the phone said they were the manager however they did not know the last name of the driver and asked what happened in which I told the entire story to that personMy husband nor I bullied anyoneThe driver did not come into my apt at all, I met him in the hallway, nor was he injured in any way because he wasn't hitA police report wasn't filed because there was nothing to file one about, unless you can file for having terrible customer serviceIf there is such a rule that prevents delivery drivers from actually delivering their products then that should be posted somewhere and/or verbalized when placing an order

My name is Meijing C[redacted] and I am the manager for the Golden China carry-Out restaurant.We received your letter about a complaint from one of our customers. I would like to describe and explain the situation to you about the delivery to [redacted] Apt. #**, Washington DC 20001 and...

happened on 3/13/2017.On that day, our delivery person drove to the customer's outside their apartment. He called the customer on the phone, saying he was outside and asked the customer to come out and get the meal. The customer said she had 2 kids with her at home so she could not go out. She asked our worker to take the meal inside her Apt. At that time, there were a lot of traffic. There was no parking around. And it's an Apt. home. Our delivery man is not supposed to go inside, but he thought about the customer with 2 young kids so he parked his car along the road and ran into the Apt, with a pen because Customer was going to pay by Credit card and will need to sign. So w[redacted] our worker gave her the meal and the Customer signed with our worker's pen. She did not give back the pen to our worker and our worker asked her to give back the pen. The customer threw the pen on the floor. Our worker picked up the pen and was walking out, but the customer scolded "[redacted] you". Our worker said "[redacted] you" back. At that moment, a man came out from inside and said "why did you scold my wife?" And he hit my Worker first. So my worker fought back. There was a neighbor next door (Apt #[redacted]) coming over to ease and tell them to calm down. So my worker left their Apt. T[redacted] the customer called in to the restaurant and asked for the delivery worker's info and said would file complaint. I answered her on the phone and said, "Please tell me what happened, I'll talk to my worker. "According to the rule, our worker cannot go inside their apt because there is not parking outside. If he gets a ticket the fine will be $100. Our worker was nice to help her because she said she was with 2 kids by herself. However she tricked my worker, and she scolded him and the husband hit my worker. This is so unfair and dangerous. I was thinking about to report to police, my worker said it's ok, he was injured not very seriously. We don't speak English Well, so we don't want to complain if others were bully on us.
