Review: The Internet facility next to the [redacted] called "Best" Internet is one of the worst internet cafes. On Friday, 9/**/14 at approx. 3am, I purchased $10 for 5 hours of internet service at the cafe. The rate was $2/hour. I only used a half hour and was told I could use the rest of the time within 24 hours. I went back to use up the rest of the time later that afternoon and was unable to login. The very unhelpful staff told me my time had expired although I had only used it for a half hour. I went back today 9/** at 2pm to talk w/ the "[redacted]" and he told me my time had expired. They were very unhelpful and didn't listen to reason. I wanted to be reimbursed $9 for the time I didn't use and they told me I couldn't get it back.Desired Settlement: $9
