I had a car brought into have repairs completed after an attempted theft of vehicleI needed a new steering column; new rear glass and door lock bezel installedAt first, company was responsive and seemed to care about the service and was trying to keep costs under controlHowever, I had to constantly ask for an update as to what the status was and when to expect finish to repairsI was not in a rush to have car repaired – but it still took seven weeks!! I would ask for status….get a response of something similar to “Be finished at the end of this week”….and never wasThe largest complaint comes from customer service and the attitude of the staff at the facilityWe had to bring the car back for a broken part on the door panel that was damaged from them having the panel off for bezel repairsThe site technician came out of the shop and completely became belligerent , mouthy and threatening to my son whom had brought the car in for this warrantyComments to him included swearing and verbal abusive languageI discussed this with the owner later and she took care of issues with doorNothing was ever said or a apology to me or my son was offered about the “Out of Control” employeeI still have several complaints on the service work on this vehicle:
1) New Steering Column required – yet I still have damaged bezels and components from old columnDid I truly have to have a new column installed??
2) Locksmith work was required to repair car – Now the spare key that we have Will Not open the door – but will start the carComment from owner was that “we have a worn key”Spare key is brand newExpected Resolution:
1) A formal letter of apology from the technician for his inappropriate attitude towards a customer
2) I will want to see and take possession the old steering column – or proof of purchase from recycle yard3) I DO NOT want this company to touch my car againI would accept a monetary resolution instead of these statements

Originally the customer had scheduled an estimate for repairs to their vehicleThey took it upon themselves to leave the vehicle for repairs at that timeDue to our already busy schedule we could not start repairs until the following weekWe
completed repairs in the allotted time frame per their insurance company guild linesThere was a national back order on parts that needed to be replaced, we released the vehicle informing the customer that we would need to bring them back in once the parts arrivedAfter the vehicle was delivered the customer had mentioned light scratches on their door handles and the hood of their vehicleAt that time we said we would be happy to look at the vehicle to determine the causeWhen the vehicle returned we inspected only to find the areas on the handles, hood, and now roof was delamination of the factory paintWe informed the customer that this was due to lack of UV protection from the factory; we also found uniform scratches conducive with drive-thru car wash brushesWe did however offer to polish the vehicle, paint the handles, and give the vehicle a headlamp restoration free of cost in order to show good faithWe hold each customer's satisfaction in high regardThe customer agreed to our offer and we completed this added service within an hour dayWhen the customer picked up the vehicle that evening they claimed everything looked wonderfulWe received this complaint posted to Revdex.com several days afterWe have since contacted the insurance company about the customer's complaint The insurance company has tried numerous times to contact the customer to inspect said vehicle to confirm or deny the allegationsThe customer has not replied or responded to the insurance company
I had my car repaired after being rear-ended while stopped at a red lightThough driveable, the trunk was completely crushed in and needed major repairs - almost everything replacedI found everyone I worked with to be most helpful and my car came out looking brand newNo complaints whatsoever
