Aside from GC homes not providing the service they said they would when I signed up with them, my issue with them is they did not refund me the $owed to me, on 3/21/i was provided with a refund form by GC Homes in which I was supposed to receive my refund within working daysI followed their instructions set forth in their contract to obtain the refund however I have not received such refund Please see attached correspondence.

[This is not trueThey supplied me with a listing of properties all which did not meet my needsAfter our contract ended I asked for my refund back twice in two emails (please see attached)I also went in person twiceThe first time they had me complete the refund/contract termination for the second time, because the first one had the incorrect contract end dateAfter completing the form I asked when should I return for my refund check, they said business days (April 15th, 2016)I returned for my check and they did not have it ready nor did they know whyThey said "Jessica" the refund manager would call me later that day at 4p and I didn't receive any phone callI have yet to hear back from themI have been in touch with others that have experienced the same problemWe are just trying to one get our refund back as promised and close this business because they are taking advantage of people and pulling a scamThey continue to give excusesI have a short video that shows they have no excuse for why I didn't get my refund.]

[This is not true. They supplied me with a listing of 6 properties all which did not meet my needs. After our contract ended I asked for my refund back twice in two emails (please see attached). I also went in person twice. The first time they had me complete the refund/contract termination for the second time, because the first one had the incorrect contract end date. After completing the form I asked when should I return for my refund check, they said 10 business days (April 15th, 2016). I returned for my check and they did not have it ready nor did they know why. They said "Jessica" the refund manager would call me later that day at 4p and I didn't receive any phone call. I have yet to hear back from them. I have been in touch with others that have experienced the same problem.
