We have a policy: folks can’t fill themselves up then complain about the food if they have been there for 30 minutes or more. Of course we are going to do everything we can do to correct the food and resolve customer issues. These customers were here for 45 minutes and admitted to us...
that they were full. It is against our policy as they have gone back up to fill their plates multiple times. Since they were already full, they did not care if we were going to prepare new food and just wanted their money back. I offered them some complimentary come back cards and they were not interested. They may file a formal complaint with our parent company by emailing [redacted]@gmail.com.
