Golden Corral Family Steak House

We booked a job with this company for pickup on Monday morning they send us an email on Friday information us that they cancel the job!!!! no reason why just left us hanging without any options at all what so ever after everything was confirmed!!!!!

We have used Rocky Mountain movers twice and are about to use them a third time! There people work hard they're careful they are helpful and absolutely trustworthyI have had nothing but good experiences with this company and will refer them readily to anyone!

Review: I took my family out for Sunday morning breakfast at the local Golden Corral, in [redacted]

My grandson went to the bathroom and I escorted him. He's 4 years old. I tried to teach him to wash his hands after going potty , the sink has the new type faucet that operates on a battery.

I spoke to a manager and she politely explained that maintenance would replace the batteries. We try to teach children to wash after the bathroom. You would think that a restaurant chain as big as Golden Corral would support that idea too. Yet, as soon as the batteries go dead in their sinks no water comes out. This is a RESTAURANT. This should not be an issue but it is because Golden Corral puts profits ahead of public health.

You would think Golden Corral would know better. Apparently not!

My frustration is not with the local restaurant ,but the corporate decision making that puts local people in jeopardy, health wise and just poor service. Not only the patrons of the restaurant and employees, but local management who have to endure stupid decisions from corporate. I sympathize with local management who are powerless to change obvious problems but must take the heat from a decision made by people who don't have to answer for their faulty thinking and foolish desire of profit over quality.

My complaint is not with the local restaurant, but the person who decided that washing hands is not such a big deal in a restaurant and that battery operated sinks are more profitable than sinks that are reliable and have been working for about 100 years now.Desired Settlement: I'd like to see if Golden Corral even takes this complaint seriously , which I doubt. I feel that a family should be able to rely on working bathrooms when they spend money in a restaurant, in this case the total bill was close to $100 (6 adults and 2 children).

There were about 8 of us out for breakfast that morning. The food is great, the bathrooms are pathetic.
