I sent an email in response to this report last week. I have even spoken to someone on the phone about this. I have spoken with the guest that made the complaint and it is resolved. Please take this off your list. It was resolved two weeks ago, I told the lady last week on the phone it was resolved and also stated this in the email that I sent last week.
